The Salmon Journey brings the Chinook salmon’s story to life through an original bilingual song, hand-painted illustrations, and a hands-on interactive workshop. Below are the formats available for your group — let us know which fits best, and we’ll take care of the rest.
The workshop can be presented as an intergenerational experience — including parents, grandparents, and community members of all ages — or as a classroom program for kids, suitable across elementary grade levels. For full details of how the workshop flows, visit our Workshop page.
Up to ~24–30 students, one class. A full 2-hour interactive experience: guided presentation on the salmon’s life cycle, the bilingual song, and a hands-on collage activity inspired by the project’s illustrations.
31–60 participants. For a combined group, or two classes back-to-back in the same space (such as an auditorium or multipurpose room) — one setup, no need to move between classrooms. Example: 50 participants = $455 + $200 = $655.
